There are many brands when it comes to rice vermicelli made in Vietnam, Thailand, China, Malaysia and Singapore. But this brand is our inhouse favourite when it comes to cooking rice vermicelli either used in stir-fry, soup or cold salad. The texture is thin but not fine, light and springy and it only needs to be heated up in hot water for 3 minutes to cook the vermicelli.
